Sessions & timeline

A series of superficial peels may be used, with the interval adjusted to healing and response.

Downtime

Mild stinging, redness, dryness or flaking can occur; deeper treatments have greater downtime and risk.

Safety & suitability

Peels should be postponed with active infection, significant barrier damage or incompatible recent procedures. Picking peeling skin can cause marks or scarring.

04 · Common questions

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Will my skin visibly peel?+

Not always. Effective superficial peels can cause little visible shedding; peeling intensity is not a measure of success.

Can peels worsen pigmentation?+

Yes, if they are too aggressive or aftercare is poor, which is why skin-type-appropriate selection matters.
